Returning for 2024!
WINGS FOR AUTISM/WINGS FOR ALL

Date: Saturday, June 15, 2024
Time: 10:00 AM

Location: Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE)
3311 Airport Road | Allentown, PA 18109

Wings for All is an airport “rehearsal” program created to alleviate some of the stress individuals with autism or other intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families experience when traveling by air.

Part of living a full life in the community includes being able to travel to faraway locations for both work and pleasure. People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) are entitled to this piece of community participation—just like anyone else—and should be able to navigate air transit comfortably to experience the same opportunities as every other traveler. You can help make this possible by sponsoring The Arc of Lehigh and Northampton Counties’ Wings for All program today. Download the sponorship packet here.

Wings for Autism® was created by Charles River Center, an affiliated chapter of The Arc, in collaboration with the Massachusetts Port Authority. This program is run in conjunction with The Arc of the United States.  To learn more about Wings for Autism/Wings for All and learn about other upcoming events, please visit https://thearc.org/our-initiatives/travel/#overview.
