What is Act 91, and how can it impact your child’s education? COVID Compensatory Services – what are they, and does my child qualify? Act 91 creates a new “Classroom Monitor Permit”. Classroom Monitors are personnel responsible for providing coverage and delivering pre-planned assignments in the classroom, without creating or grading lesson plans/work. COVID Compensatory Services (CCS) is an opportunity to recoup the lost skills or behavior or to make progress to level(s) affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
