The Social Security Administration’s (SSA) disability programs are the largest of several Federal programs that provide assistance to people with disabilities. This year, FOUR major updates were put into place that became effective in July and October 2024. This webinar will exclusively review these updates in detail.

- Intermediate improvement to the Disability Adjudication Process, including how we consider past work.
- Expansion of the Rental Subsidy Policy for Supplemental -Security Income (SSI) Applicants and Recipients.
- Omitting Food from In-Kind Support and Maintenance (ISM) Calculations.
- Expand the Definition of a Public Assistance Household.How Social Security defines disability.
