At The Arc of Lehigh and Northampton Counties, our staff is dedicated to providing the highest quality programs, supports, and advocacy services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and families residing in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh and Northampton Counties.

We are committed to continually improving the lives of people with IDD while building and championing a fair, just society and system where everyone has the right to fully live, work and play as valued members of our communities.

The Arc of Lehigh and Northampton Counties’ Board of Directors represents a cross-section of the Lehigh Valley and is made up of a group of dedicated business professionals, self advocates, family members, and community leaders. The Arc’s Board members provide important leadership and direction for the organization, and are passionate about supporting The Arc’s mission to champion a fully inclusive and equitable life for people with IDD and families.
